Reload your phone cards at the event center on site not through the app. There is no support during their busy times like Friday evening through Sunday."

"This is crapware. Sign-up issues were frustrating. I work in IT so I'm used to things not working like they should but this app was ridiculously trifling. Also, it's basically a brochure app. It has very little functionality. Can't order food from the app but you can see the full menu - which you can't do at the actual location near me - IRL store menu lists a bunch of deep fried stuff & reheated frozen pizzas & that's it. I tried to set up an event in the future, and the app crashes."

"I don't really understand why this app exists. I downloaded it before going to Main Event while I'm on vacation. Signed up for an account, it took me back to the main page and it wanted me to sign into the account I just created, but said my email or password was incorrect. Eventually got it to work. After surfing the app, it doesn't give any info on anything really, you can't buy game cards? So it's pretty much just full of generic stock photos of people that look like they're having fun."
