Just keeps spinning the circle on the fun card page. Can't reload, can't look at other cards, can't view my profile or make changes to my personal information. It's useless, just reload your card at the location.
Don't use it it is not connected to the event center that you are currently at if you reload the card through the app and it doesn't go through then you are just sol. Reload your phone cards at the event center on site not through the app. There is no support during their busy times like Friday evening through Sunday.

Nothing works on this app for reserving bowling lanes with my phone and they won't let you do it over the phone.
First of all, make sure you have a whole lot of money, because this place is not cheap at all. Download the app to your phone or tablet and save money 💲 & time. It also makes it convenient 👌 so you can skip the lines.
This is crapware. Sign-up issues were frustrating. I work in IT so I'm used to things not working like they should but this app was ridiculously trifling. Also, it's basically a brochure app. It has very little functionality. Can't order food from the app but you can see the full menu - which you can't do at the actual location near me - IRL store menu lists a bunch of deep fried stuff & reheated frozen pizzas & that's it. I tried to set up an event in the future, and the app crashes.
Without being able to reload cards, there's not a lot of use. That system reports unavailable with the same error regardless of if you're online or not, so clearly this is a hard coded error.
The app is full of broken links and the reservations system doesn't work.
I don't really understand why this app exists. I downloaded it before going to Main Event while I'm on vacation. Signed up for an account, it took me back to the main page and it wanted me to sign into the account I just created, but said my email or password was incorrect. Eventually got it to work. After surfing the app, it doesn't give any info on anything really, you can't buy game cards? So it's pretty much just full of generic stock photos of people that look like they're having fun.
